In 2000 initiated by the anxiety that music in Aceh had strayed too far from tradition, Rafly gathered his friends to form a music group called KanDe. KanDe is a symbol of light and hope for the province's people. Willing to lift Aceh tradition into peace and light, the group is appropriately called KanDe.
Set over three full nights in a spectacular outdoor concert venue, BSF 2014 program features World Musicians, Balinese Ceremonial Rites, Dancers, DJs, Mystic Voice Artists, Bhakti, Chanting and plenty of didge, drum and spirit-lifting beats from all over the Earth.
